The service
Repurposer (repurposer.ai) helps a creator turn their own short videos into posts on their Facebook Page and Instagram account, each with the creator’s Amazon affiliate link. By creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.
- Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- While the service is in testing, accounts are created by invitation and features may change or pause without notice.
Your content
Your videos, captions and product choices stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and publish them only as you direct in the app, and you confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload, including music and other people’s appearances.
Nothing is posted to a social account without your approval of that post. You are responsible for the content and for the accounts it goes to.
Other platforms and programs
- Facebook and Instagram: connecting an account means you also accept Meta’s terms. What we can do there depends on the permissions you grant and on Meta’s rules, which change.
- Amazon Associates: commissions are paid by Amazon under its Operating Agreement. You are responsible for staying eligible and for the disclosures Amazon and the law require; we add the standard Associates line to every caption with an Amazon link, and #ad to any other.
- TikTok: importing is limited to your own videos.
- We do not guarantee that a post will be published, reach anyone, carry a product banner or earn a commission.
What you may not do
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that breaks the law or a platform’s rules.
- Post to accounts you do not control.
- Use the service to send unsolicited messages.
- Try to get around limits, probe the service, or use it in a way that harms other users.
Fees
The service is free during testing. If that changes, we will say so in advance and you can stop using it before any charge applies.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we can end the testing service with reasonable notice. What happens to your data is described in the privacy policy and on the data deletion page.
No warranty and limits of liability
The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, MAYN LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost earnings or lost data arising from the service, from a platform’s actions, or from your content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing.
