Disconnect a Facebook Page or Instagram account
- Sign in and open Accounts.
- Choose the Page and select Disconnect.
- Its access tokens are removed at once, and nothing further is read from or posted to that Page or its Instagram account.
You can also remove Repurposer from Facebook itself: in Facebook, open Settings, then Apps and Websites, find Repurposer and remove it. That stops our access; the request below removes what we already hold.
Delete videos
Open a video and choose Remove video. The file, the frames, the rendition and the analysis are removed with it.
Delete your account and everything in it
Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account and say that you want the account deleted. Within 30 days we delete your workspace: your account details, videos and derived files, products and links, connected accounts and their tokens, comments and post records received from Meta, and what you recorded about your posts. We keep only what security or the law requires, such as parts of the audit log, and we confirm by email when it is done.
Delete only the data received from Facebook or Instagram
If you want to keep your account but remove the data we received from Meta, write to the same address and name the Page or account. We delete the comments, post records and identifiers from that connection within 30 days and confirm by email.
